Comlink operates out of several Data Centers located in geographically diverse locations. Each of these Data Centers are owned and maintained by Comlink, and only authorized staff are able to gain entry. Our Data Centers are monitored 24/7, 365 days of the year by our on-site technical Network Operations Center (NOC). Our friendly and professional NOC Personnel are highly trained in network management, troubleshooting and system administration. This combination results in a physical and technical environment that a business can trust for reliability and flexibility.
Comlink owns and operates several hundred miles of fiber to tie geographically diverse Data Centers and Internet feeds together for redundant connectivity and remote disaster recovery solutions. We meet our Tier-1 providers on fiber and can easily scale as more bandwidth is required.
We maintain our own Autonomous System (AS), our own IP space that has been allocated directly from ARIN, and we maintain our entire networking infrastructure. We currently operate in 16 different subnets and can expand virtually infinitely as the need for more addresses arises.
Each of our state of the art Data Centers contains redundant cooling systems, power backup with generators, tested weekly, to handle any extended outages, saving our clients the loss of revenue that is associated with long periods of down time. Our fire suppression systems are all FM-200-based to avoid any additional damage to equipment.
